first off i just wanna say I suck at searching for the right info..that being said...I am trying to figure out how to make 200mg/ml batch of Bold Base in some PJU with DMSO... last time I tried it without DMSO i got some nice Gritty Paste that couldnt even penetrate a sponge....could someone please help my rookie ass.:blink:

Thats because 200mg/ml in a transdermal is quit a bit.. Im not familiar with bold base..... is it hard to get into solution? Like ahve you tried something alcohol based like Penetrate?

lets just go with the 100mg/ml then....Maybe something like 50g of PJU...6ml of 10% DMSO and 10g Bold Base? would this work?

Sounds good...

WIth that go 4.5mls per day split into 2 dosages.

At roughly 15% absorbtion rate (Which may be a little bit higher with the DMSO added)

That will equal 67.5mgs absorbed a day.

67.5 X 7 = 472.5

A good dosage to see gains is 400mgs a week. So you will have more than enough.

PS... and all this is banking on your math being right with the 50grams of Phlo ... seeing as I dont know the gram to ml ratio with that.

You can make a 200mg/ml solution with Phlojel, BUT it is impossible without using a solvent. I PM'ed Triceptor who is the rep for PU, with this formula.

For batch 1 = 50.5 ml:

3 ml of BA
10 grams of powder "x"
37.5 grams of Phlogel.

1) Grind up powder with mortar and pestle
2) Mix / dissolve powder "x" in 3ml's of BA with mortar and pestle
3) add 10 grams of phlogel and continue mixing
4) add 20 grams of phlogel and continue mixing
5) add last 7.5 grams of phlogel and mix until uniform mixture is achieved

Put in empty 60ml syringe for application.

He mentioned that he would not use BA, but PEG400. If you have to use alcohol, use ethyl. Evaporation can be a issue, so thats why I will use PEG-400.

Depending on the variables, you will definately get more than 15% absorption. Apply after showers, use the ****ing puffs and scrub your skin where you will apply and your rate will be much higher. Anywhere from 35-50%, but that is all speculation.
 
BTW, I would probably not try this with Boldenone Base as it is tougher to get into solution. Try it with test base or nandrolone base. Lozgod has done it with success.
 
Grassroots thanx alot bro.....it sucks because i wanted this for a Bold Base....nothing I can tweak in the Formula to get the bold to work?

Boldenone base is effective as a transdermal, I believe Jminis has a log on here somewhere...
 
Oh I definately didn't say it wasn't effectiove. It is definately effective, but it is much harder to get into solution than test base. I wouldn't try to put 200mg/ml with Bold base. With boldenone, I would go for 100mg/ml. But that is what I would do for almost all hormones, with the exception of test or 4AD which tend to get into the solution easier. I would rather go with a lower concentration because it is more effective spread over an area at lower concentrations (better absorption). Oswiz, register at Avant labs forums and PM Triceptor, he is the rep for phojel and he might be able to help you out. So have you already compounded it?
 
Bold Base is very good in TD. I too experienced grittiness until I microwaved the Bold Base in DMSO and then compounded with Phlojel.

It might or might not be helpful but I ran a log here. I experimented with various AAS, solvents and CPE's and documented in log:

Bold Base is very effective in a dermal. The key brothers is to micronize the base powder.;) With that bit of info you can search and find the best ways to do such a thing:D There are some other tricks of the trade but I'll leave you with that for now.
