| Registered User | you have to monitor your BP if you use transdermal glycyrrhetininc acid. One of the fellows at JAR Pharma and I have fooled around with it as part of a spot fat recuction formulation. If you use ti I would stick to very low concentrations. Perhaps 0.025% to 0.05%. Some will inevitibly get delivered systemically and it will increase BP in a dose dependant basis. It has an effect on aldosterone production and sodium retention as well. You should inly need small amounts delivered locally to see an effect and the less you use the less likely it will make it systemically. |
