Buying phlogel ultra in canada, and question on mixing

I live within an hour of windsor canada, ban I just go there and buy a tub of phlogel ultra, or do they not sell it in stores??

I want to do a TD homebrew of 6g 1t and 9g 4ad. Tell me if this is correct, mix the 1t and 4ad with ~5gms ethyl until I have a paste, then slowly mix in 40gms of phlogel ultra to get a total of 60 gms, when this is mixed thoroughly, put it into a 60ml syringe and dose accordingly? By doing this, I will have 1t and 4ad in a ratio of 100mg/150mg per ml, right?

If it were me and I have done the phlogel quite alot. That is to high concentration you can get 200mg /ml 1test and 150mg/ml 4ad after that it gets grainy unless you get the powder realy fine I would do two seperate syringes.
 
I tried buying this in Montreal. I went to about 5 big pharmacies and no one knew what I was talking about. I even had paperwork on the product to show the pharmacist. So you might call before making a trip.
 
i just said "screw it" and ordered from phlojel.us, figured by the time I got #'s of some pharms and got a day to drive there, it would just be faster to get it from them.
 
Plus, I found some online Canadian pharmacy sites and they weren't any cheaper than phlojel.us
