alcohol question about phlojel

Are those ingredients same?or they only have similar function.

ethyl alcohol=ethanol=grain alcohol?????

can not get any bacardi 151 and everclear around here. find a rubbing alcohol it contain 95% ethanol and a U.S.P. Grade 99% isopropyl alcohol.
Can I use one of them dissolve my 4AD and 1-T powder?
If I can which one is better?
