I don't think stacking the methyl's would matter because one is oral and other would be trans. (To the best of my knowledge) The not stacking the methyls threat is from possible damage to liver and other internal things due to ingestion. But m4ad is junk anyway most believe. Buy transdermal carrier and 4ad powders and brew it yourself it's not hard. Custom Nutrition Warehouse and Nutraplanet both have these products available.
