isopropyl alcohol
Would it be okay to use 70% instead of 99% when making a spray?

you can get the 91% pretty easy.. Walmart has it, at least that is where I got mine

can iso be used to dissolve finaplex if using as a transdermal?will it affect a dmso solution??
