Anyone used DEGMEE? (diethylene glycol monoethyl ether)

Anyone used DEGMEE? (diethylene glycol monoethyl ether)
I was wondering if anyone has used DEGMEE as a transdermal carrier?

Apparantly it is the **** and after doing a quick google search, it was confirmed that it is good at penetrating skin.
