home made in canada? :)

ok this has been asked sort of many many times on this board im sure, is where can you find the supplies you need to make a good home made transdermal solution. but what i'd like to know is Where i can get these items, in canada.
and if not are they legal across the boarder? i found a few sites that sell them but are all in the states.
