Low on PM **NEED HELP**

I am ready to make a 1- test batch. I am low on IPM. The only moisturizer I was using was PM. So I have no IPP. I have plenty of the other ingrediants. What can I substitute?  Or without going to Lemelange where do you think I could get PM. I live in a major metro area in the US.
