Rubbing alcohol on muscles bad?

I just bought some sea breeze for acne. I put some on my chest, shouders, and back. I then looked at the ingredients and one is alcohol. Is there any way this could be catabolic towards muscle tissue?

No, it's fine. Have you ever looked at the ingredient profile for a topical (there;s often some alcohol in it)?

No worries :) It's all good - always better to ask about something if you're unsure.

It wont hurt gains or anything like that, but alcohol can dry out skin so you might want to get an oil-free moisturizer too
