    62% Ethyl alcohol, doesn't dry out. Cheap. Just a thought.

    The general guideline is <300, but obviously other parameters (lipophilicity, polar charge, pKa) have an effect as well. Choice of carrier will make a difference (DMSO always helps, cyclodextrins help some molecules like DHEA quite a lot)

    You may get it to compund into soultions but without adequate and proper PE's you are probably going to waste your active.

    I agree with the unbreakable one.

    Hand sanitizers are not designed for absorption, topical sterilization.
