i am thinking about doing a ph cycle and am going to purchase power nutritions 120 ml- tgel and 10 gram of their 4-ad... is this a good ph? how many pumps a day i should use...and for how long??....maybe i should get a second bottle?...as well as 10 more grams of 4-ad, and also should i use some 6-oxo post cycle? thx for any help..
