Penetrate bottle but no pump?

I ordered Penetrate months ago and it was sitting on my shelf. I finally got around to making a formestane transdermal but after I was done what to my dismay... No pump! The bottle has a top like a shampoo bottle.
How do I gauge appropriate dose?

maybe you can buy a cheap hand cream lotion wash the pump and listo!
