| Registered User | Separation... I need more I am looking to get more separation between my front delt and my bicep.. I am in a middle of a cut so they are pretty defined already and I am using half a shot of napalm twice a day on the area.. Just wondering if anyone knows an exercise to really increase the separation in that particular area.... thanks |

If you were asking about seperation in hams or something like that i could recomend certain exercises, but for front delt/bi seperation im afraid size is going to be the determining factor here. the bigger each of them is, specifially your delts, the more seperation they'll get. Man Law: Unless you weigh 3 times your height in inches, you shouldnt be doing steroids. | |
