I am in need of a good book/video/post to follow for a good workout routine. If you could please suggest some I would appreciate it. I am looking for a strength/mass building routine.Thanks!

buy the DC training video if you've worked out pretty hard for awhile - awhile being a couple of years or more. its by far the best mass building routine i've seen. if not, i hear Jay Cutlers is pretty good though i have not seen it. he's pretty intense.
