Yesterday I was doing bicep curls after long time and I used heavy dumbells for my strength and now having pain in my right upper arm below the bicep region...the joint .....what can help in releasing this pain....
sounds like you extended all the way down...don't do that, at least with heavy weights! you strained or over worked your brachialis muscle which is used to flex the joint. this is a common problem with peeps getting back into the gym as that muscle is not used hard enough during 'normal' life.
