I can walk on my knees as well as crawl even though I can't walk. Would a very sturdy and robust set of knee pads be sufficient to protect my knees from damage if I were to say, use a treadmill while on my knees, etc?
Doubtful. A solid knee pad wouldn't prevent the soft tissue from being compressed. You knee cap would be slamming all around. I don't see it being very safe.
