Pain in the left shoulder

  1. Pain in the left shoulder

I am starting to get a sharp pain in my left shoulder when I workout. The pain is caused when I do Incline barbell or Incline Dumbells. Any thoughts on what may be happening to my shoulder? What do I need to do about it?

    Thank you my friends.

  2. questions:

    1. did you take off any time from the gym before this?
    2. what exercise were you doing that started this?
    3. do you properly warm up?
    4. do you train your REAR delts?

I used to do them with my elbows flared wide. I closed them up a few degrees and now its not so bad, give that a try.
