    prework out question


    I put this in the 35 and older but no response
    I'm 48 and need a pre work out pick me up. I usually w/o in the morning so I really can't take something a hour ahead of workout time what do you think?I currently take nothing pre
    and take creatine after,minerals at night and multi vitamins during the day but need some help at workout time.

    yea i feel that working out in the morning stuff. I'm in the gym @ 4:00am. The supps i take every morning, 400mgs of caffeine, 1 fat burner (if I'm taking one at the time) and 4 RPM's. yes the RPM's don't kick in until I'm at the gym for about 20 minutes but they do kick in. until that happens i will either do 10 minutes of light cardio, or just warm up very thoroughly. I've tried the PWO drinks and haven't found one that kicks me in the ass like RPM does, IMO it's worth the 20min. wait. do you w/o on an empty stomach or not? I've found that if i take supps on an empty stomach they obviously get into my blood sooner.

    go to your vitamin store, and buy 1000 MCG of B-12 tablets. They're cheap, and wake you up within 5 minutes, with great energy. It takes 8 shots of espresso to wake me up, or 1000MCG of B-12. Honestly, it gives me more of a rush than NO products.

    I've been taking 400mg of caffeine before my workouts and it's been helping me with focus and energy. The only thing is, I wouldn't recommend taking caffeine for an extended period of time, due to the possible dependency that might develop from long-term use. But something like caffeine only goes so far, so make sure your pre-workout nutrition is up to par as well.

    good deal i have my order in , should i start with the 4 caps
    at first. I'm about the same weight as you,and what I've read
    it would not speed me up for hours,true?

    yes, 4 caps is good. I'm not sure where or who said that it would not "speed you up" for hours, but that's not true in my experience with RPM.

    i am looking a RPM as well i am usin BSN's no explode at the moment but i find that some times i drink to much water and just feel washed out, when its good tho i am buzzing and the pumps i get are pretty impressive!! what would you guys recomend??

    Look into MRI blackpowder, it's far superior to No-xplode.

    a Pre WO drink would do the trick. On an empty stomach the effects will be noticeable faster... I take mine 20 minutes before the gym.

    your punctuation is a bit off, but i think your asking is NO explode or RPM more effective. if so i can tell you that for me, RPM is. but i can also tell you that's a personal opinion. it depends on your body. try both if and when you can and find out.
