yea i feel that working out in the morning stuff. I'm in the gym @ 4:00am. The supps i take every morning, 400mgs of caffeine, 1 fat burner (if I'm taking one at the time) and 4 RPM's. yes the RPM's don't kick in until I'm at the gym for about 20 minutes but they do kick in. until that happens i will either do 10 minutes of light cardio, or just warm up very thoroughly. I've tried the PWO drinks and haven't found one that kicks me in the ass like RPM does, IMO it's worth the 20min. wait. do you w/o on an empty stomach or not? I've found that if i take supps on an empty stomach they obviously get into my blood sooner.
