I don't know if this has been done before but I made up a killer lateral raise superset/dropset and I wanted to share it with you all.
So, since one tends to recruit their traps when doing raises (shrugging to help lift the weight) I combined shrugs and a dropset of lat raises. This is so you exhaust your traps just before doing the raises so you will avoid recruiting it and thus isolating the delts.
Example:
30 shrugs with 70 lbs DB's
6-8 reps with 20 lbs
8-10 with 15 lbs
10-12 with 10 lbs
x3
