help with my leg days

  1. help with my leg days


    most days i usually make it halfway through my leg workouts before i get a killer ass headache or feel like im going to throw up. i try to get in at least 3 meals before workout on these days but it doesn't help. does anyone eat a **** load of carbs the the day before? would that help at all?


  2. eating too heavy before your workout maybe? too much blood rushing to your head? are you drinking enough water? do you warm up with 2 sets before going heavy? any of these could be your problem. i'm sure there might be other things happening, just don't know what they are.

    That just means your doing something right.

    The headache could be the rise in BP. Try more water, try getting your head lower than your heart between sets. On heavy squat days, in between sets ill sit with my head between my kness so i dont throw up, or pass out.

    Doing legs is taxing on your CNS, so your bodys natural reaction is to want to recover, and if it has to shut your body down, it will.
