I am pretty flexible with my schedule and can workout any days of the week. I came up with this new split today. I've never seperated up quads/hammys and upper/lower back. Figured i'd give it a try.

Sunday - Off
Monday - Chest and Traps
Tuesday - Upper Back and Quads (squats, leg press, leg extensions)
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - Shoulders and Tri's
Friday - Off
Saturday - Lower Backs, Hamstrings, and Biceps (Deadlifts, stiff legged deadlifts, and leg curls)

Was thinking about doing Biceps on friday along with calves and abs.

Any suggestions or does this look good?

Thanks

Days are wrong i know, i just copy/pasted but you get the idea.

I would do this adjustment to keep from working smaller muscles before the major ones.

Honestly, a split is what you make of it. I workout at the same gym with numerous national level bodybuilders and an occasional pro here and their. They all do something different and they all have a reason for it. It comes down to intensity and exercise selection, and not under/overtraining.
