Ive been doing dips now for a while, and i seem to have stopped going up in them. I think another reason is on that day I do a chest press machine, which has a pretty narrow grip compared to my usual grip on the barbell, which weakens my tris. However, i don't think there is much I can do about that. The other exercises I do for triceps are reverse grip BB chest press and skullcrushers.
My triceps are very mismatched (the right looks much better than the left), so maybe an exercise that seperates the two would be good. Any suggestions?
