Oblique and lower abs

I work my abs out every other day. I have been focusing on tightening my obliques and lower abs.I have a good tight 4 pack But just cant seem to get tighten up those areas. What can exercises can I do or what am i doing wrong. I even do cardio just about everyday and eat 6 meals.

Training is about 50% of what it takes for your abs show... low bodyfat percentage is key. Any idea your percentages (from a multi-point skinfold)??

Also what (specific exercises) have you been doing to "tighten" them up?
