Although I will be taking summer quarter off. Due to college full time, work full time, church full time, and gym full time, Sleep has sometimes been cut down to 2 and 1/2 hours some nights and one particular day this quarter was 45 minutes of sleep.
one of WORST things to deal with while trying to build muscle and generally stay healthy, i know.
My question is, and this is what I have been doing. On a day where I have only been able to get a couple hours of sleep, should I completly avoid the gym so as not to risk injury to my body? Or would still going, but maybe sticking to light or just a cardio day.
Anyhow I should be getting 7-8 hours a night for a couple months now, until school in the fall... Still, wondering about your input.
