Hi there,
I'm looking at giving HIT training a go to mix things up for a while. Due to finances I cant get to a gym but have a good set of free weights at home.
Can anyone suggest a good HIT workout for me and also advise how often this should be done?
Ps: My aim is just to increase bulk.
