I was just thinking if anything over 20 reps is endurance, and I were to only train legs (possibly lower back) with 20 rep sets, Wouldnt it give you better sexual performance so do speak? I hate getting winded when ramming the meatcave personally lol







Well before that, lol Work on your confidence, and learn to not take it to heart if your shutdown, just move onto the next one if that happens.
