You need to focus on cardiovascular training, via HIIT (that would be the most corollary) or cross-fit training. Though, if you are getting winded during 'that', you aren't getting that much.

or just do air humping sessions in 10 minute sessions super fast or something lol

I wasn't asking WHAT I could do to get endurance up, I was asking IF 20 rep squats would have any effect on the motion.

Anyway, why would you want to affect 'the motion'? If you're getting winded, you need to lay off the 'Jagah Baambs' before you hammer that 'PRROOOOTEIN' and do cardio.

Dude if your going to get angry and frustrated at your futility to finding a solution to your problems in the sack at least make your come back make sense/intelligent.

Also agreed with Mullet. Take it easy on the Heinekens and Jagerbombs as your pre-game in your bros dorm and your inability to remember the motion should come back.

i dont know what they are called but do the things where you put your back against the wall and bend your legs and hold your arms straight out and do that as long as you can. i get burned out too when im trying to hold the position and sometimes it really screws sh!!t up because right as shes about to scream daddy my legs give out so yea i hear you man. really concentrate on breathing too when your layin the pipe. other than that just keep at it man and your endurance will get better.
