Endurance training on legs for better humping?

    Endurance training on legs for better humping?


    I was just thinking if anything over 20 reps is endurance, and I were to only train legs (possibly lower back) with 20 rep sets, Wouldnt it give you better sexual performance so do speak? I hate getting winded when ramming the meatcave personally lol

    Hah! Believe me when I say this bud - no. However, that's beside the point.

    You need to focus on cardiovascular training, via HIIT (that would be the most corollary) or cross-fit training. Though, if you are getting winded during 'that', you aren't getting that much.

    I wasn't asking WHAT I could do to get endurance up, I was asking IF 20 rep squats would have any effect on the motion.

    i dont know what they are called but do the things where you put your back against the wall and bend your legs and hold your arms straight out and do that as long as you can. i get burned out too when im trying to hold the position and sometimes it really screws sh!!t up because right as shes about to scream daddy my legs give out so yea i hear you man. really concentrate on breathing too when your layin the pipe. other than that just keep at it man and your endurance will get better.

    I feel dumber for having read this thread but seeing as I've already wasted a little time, I might as well waste some more.

    Man if you get winded during intercourse you should go to the doctor. If this isn't an option you could wear an oxygen mask maybe? You could also turn off the lights, have a buddy wait in the closet and tag him in when you get tired. She'll never know the difference (as long as your buddy isn't substantially more endowed than you). I think someone already mentioned it but you could go down on her for a bit to catch your breath. Maybe you've been porking some fat chicks. I could see how trying to manuveur them around could wear you out.
