I vote for ridiculous. Definitely overkill. A good routine doesn't require a bunch of bells and whistles, just hard work.

Dumbbells presses with cables attached to them? Sounds like an accident waiting to happen.

There was a guy at my gym on sunday doing dumbell presses on a gym ball with cables attached to his wrists. It was the most ridiculous thing i've ever seen. Looked so awkward.

I thing my ant. delts would fall off after that "upper portion" workout.

That seems like a lot. But, if you kept it to just a few weeks, it shouldn't hurt.

At least they've got some nice pictures...

they suggest only 4 weeks on it, i'd think more than 2 or 3 would start to hit overtraining
