Need advice on new routine!

hi everybody this is my first post. I just want to know if this routine is ok. I dont go to a gym I workout in my basement and I dont have a lot of equipment and I can deadlift or squat for the moment (lower back pain)

so this is what im planning to do:

cardio 30-45min with low to medium intensity 3-4 times a week ( I love cardio )

workout1
-pull-up 3x5xbodyweight (eventually with a weighted belt)
-dumbell one arm row 5x5
-bicep curl 3x8
-lunges 3x6-8
-calfraise with barbell 3x10-15

workout2
-Benchpress 5x5
-standing military press 5x5
-uprightrow 3x8-6
-lying tricep extension 3x8-6
-crunches 3xmax

My goal are to simply build mass and loose some bodyfat

can you even do just body weight (or super light) deads or squats?

i don't konw what you injuy is but i if you could do the motion at all it would be benifitial to help rehabilitate.

those big moves are sooo helpful in achieving your goals of building mass and losing bf.

yes i cant do the motion but I cant go over 130lbs without having this sharp pain on the lower back right side. I have lost a lots of flexibility since it started to hurt and I really dont know the cause

as soon as il be ok to perform correctly those exercise I will include it in the workout. but how does it looks like right now?
