Decline barbell, decline dumbbell, decline flyes, dips and cable crossovers (when angled down).

if it's not completely obvious, i'm still pretty new at it all.
hell i'm still cutting through all the fat, but when that does happen, i don't want to look like a complete failure without my shirt. lol
so basically decline everything... got it.
