    to work your chest...

    particularly ur lower pecs....

    it seems easier to build the upper part of my chest, but i need some advice on how to develop the lower portion.

    i'm looking for that round look...

    hope that makes sense...

    i'm up for any ideas you all have

  4. if it's not completely obvious, i'm still pretty new at it all.

    hell i'm still cutting through all the fat, but when that does happen, i don't want to look like a complete failure without my shirt. lol

    so basically decline everything... got it.
