    What are the best workouts to do?

    Cardio obviously, but what else!?


  2. Circuit training, squats, leg presses, the adducter and abducter machines. Anything that targets those muscles will help out, and diet!

  3. Proper diet is #1. A little cheating can negate a LOT of cardio.
