I do pulley pushdowns with the rope, dips, and kickbacks but I just can't seem to get any definition in the lateral head of my triis. The lateral head seems to give the strongest visual effect and I'm missing out. Your advice?

Yeah...use the rope and do them one-handed....FLEX HARD at full extension and hold it for a few seconds.

Bring your hand up to the OPPOSITE ear at the top.

Reverse-Grip Pulldowns are also a good lift for this.

The answer to ANY "What's the best exercise for..." question is ALWAYS squats.

That's hilarious! I should've realized. I knew I was doing my squats wrong.
