did chest two days in a row stupid huh well i had to leave early the first day so i figured ill just finish the rest up tomorrow
after lifting ive been experiening pains under my left pectoral
on and off especially at night
anything i should worry about?? maybe i just strained my chest is what im guessing here below was my schedule
