I'm in need of a bodybuilding program and don't know where to start. I just finished ten weeks of the "Russian Bear" and don't even remember what a conventional program feels like. Thanks.

Volume: 5-6 exercises per body part, 3-6 sets per exercise, roughly 15, 12, 10, 8 reps range per set.

Intensity: Lifting around 60%-75% 1RM.
