  1. Looking for a good MMA Strength Training 3 day split


    Ive found a couple already, but was wondering if there were any good ones anyone else knows about. 3 day splits would be best, with the focus being strength for MMA.

  2. A 5x5 routine would be a good idea, except for lower volume. Work up to 1-2 sets of your working weight and also go lighter on deadlifts and squats.
