Lately its been hard to get motivated before the gym and I've been kind of stuck on the same weight for a little while now. Thought it'd be best to kinda switch up the work-out. I've decided I'm gonna split up legs, I'm just not 100% how I should go about doing this.
So far it looks like:

Chest/Hams/Abs
Incline
Flat
Decline
Flyes
Lunges
Leg Curls

Deadlifts/Bi's:
Deadlifts
Incline Curls
Hammer Curls
Wide-Grip Curls
Preacher Curls

Shoulders/Traps
DB Shoulder Press
Incline Reverse Flyes
Side Lateral Raises
Front Lateral Raises
Upright Rows
Behind the back Shrugs

Squats(quads)/Tri's:
Squats
Leg Press
Tricep Extensions
Close-Grip Bench
Pull-downs
Reverse-Grip Push-down
Skull-Crushers

Back/Calves
Wide/Mid-Grip Pull-ups
Lat Pull Downs
Seated Rows
Barbell Rows
Hyper-extensions
Standing Calf Raises

Most if the exercises will be 8-10 reps other then the more heavier stuff. Squats, Leg press I was thinking of doing a 5x5 on.
Then possibly 5x5 on my flat bench, should press, BB rows and Deadlifts. Everyday will have a heavy exercise and I will be doing all my heavier exercises right at the beginning.

Thanks in advance!

Back, bi's and quads
Chest, shoulders, tri's

back, bi's, hamstrings

I go to the gym way to much to only do a 2-day split. I usually go to the gym about 5 days a week sometimes 7.

what's your point?

2days on, 1 day off, 2 days on, 1 day off = 4/6 days in gym. Start the split over and it makes 5 out of 7 in the gym.

Maybe you do not understand what I mean by a 2 day split.

Working quads twice in one week is a bit much for me, also working chest and shoulders in the same work-outs is just way to many exercises at once.
