Im 5 foot 8, 5 foot 9 157 lbs, slim build. 21 years old. Ive been working out on and off since I was 15. When I was 15-18 years old it was real easy for me to get ripped and cut up in short period of time, now im 21 and have been back at it for 6 months now and have seen some gains, but its becoming much harder. I have some definition but would like to get extremely defined. I usually work out 5 days a week, including 5 days of 30-40 mins of Cardio After weight training different muscles groups each day. I.E. Back/Bi's, Chest/Tri's,Legs.. ect... Can any of you guys help me figure out how much/how often i should be eating? I try to eat 6 times a day and I eat fairly healthy.(lean meat, veggies, whey) However Im worried that with my short height, If i overeat I will gain fat and not see it in muscle. Also what are the best supplements for me to purely gain definition, Im not trying to gain too much more mass. Any help would be great...
