What are everyones views on training? I was planning to do either plan A or B, what do you think? And why? I'm bulking up and am 190 lbs. I'm on test-e @ 500mg a week for 12 weeks!

Plan A: 3 on 1 off
Day 1 -chest/bi
Day 2 -back/tri
day 3-legs
day 4 - off
Day 5 - shoulders/traps
Day 6-RESTART


OR...

PLAN B: 2 on 1 off

Day 1 - traps/shoulders
Day 2 - legs
Day 3 - off
day 4 - chest/bi
day 5 - back/tri
day 6 - off
day 7 - repeat
