I'm trying to obtain LARGER bi's by summer, and I'm changing my routine to do this. My ? is this, when i start working my bi's whatever exercise i start with is normally the exercise that i can lift the most wt. on IE: if i have 4 exercises in my bi routine whatever exercise is last is when my arms are the most "worn out", what bi exercises do you start with and progress through your routine with and end up with. if your responses could include what specific exercises, reps and why you do that routine (i know I'm asking a lot, please see what you can include). again I'm going for bulk not definition.
