Whats up fellas? Just wondering if anybody does any interval training during cardio. I heard that it helps decrease time off of a timed run. Has anybody done this??
HIIT cardio is very common. Rule of thumb is a 1:3 sprint to rest ratio done ~10 times.
So like 2 minute sprint 6 minute walk? What about for example. . .running on the tread mill @ a speed of 6 for 2 minutes, up to 10 for 1.5 minutes, and repeating 2-3 times, and then down to a walk for a couple?? I am just trying to get some ideas.
