Hello all. Ive been doing a fullbody routine 3x a week. Wow, i have seen some very good gains doing this (first time ever doing fullbody). Here is my current routine...
MON, WED, FRI
chest : incl. db press (3x6reps)
back : bb row (3x6reps)
triceps : CG bench press (3x6reps)
bi's : seated incl. db curl (3x6 reps)
legs : back squat / front squat (3x6 reps)
shoulders : arnold press (3x6 reps)
Just looking to maybe switch up my exercises, but want to try and keep them compound so to speak. Dont want a bunch of frilly crap. Im thinking along these lines....
chest : bb or db bench press
back : lat pulldown
tri's : pressdowns or db overhead ext.
bi's : EZ curl or straight bar curl
legs : back squat / front squat
shoulders : upright rows to nipple.
