i am lift 4 days per week, one body part/day.

4 weeks of volume(straight sets of 8-12 reps, 3-4 sets, 3-4exercises/ bodypart)

then

4 weeks of strength training(pyramid down from 12,10,8,6, increasing weight with each set, 3-4 sets, 3-4 exercises/ bodypart)

i have good size and want density
