how is this routine?

I'm 5'9'' 180 and looking to build strength for football. I've been lifting for a year without any real knowledge of how to do it effectively. i started reading around on here and put together this workout based on what I've gathered thorugh my day of web surfing. any opinions would be appreciated

Mon/Thurs- Chest, Traps, and Back

Tues/Fri- Shoulders and Arms(triceps, biceps, forearms)

Wed/Sat- Legs
