Okay well i figured i really want to start doing doubles.... Basically Doing Chest Bis + Cardio Morning --- Back Tris + Cardio Night and Next Day Legs + Shoulders + Cardio --- But i was wondering how i should exactly do it... Im 21 Years old and i recover extremely fast i wasn't sure if i should do 2 days on 1 off or no rest for 4 days or etc..


Tell me your guys tips and tricks to doubles

When I was into doubles, I'd do a full body (took 3 days), 3 days off, then three on again. The key is doing light cardio on off days. I wholeheartedly believe this facilitates recovery. Someone who was smart enough to keep their Exercise Physiology book could chime in on "facilitated recovery."
