I've tried it. I trained with Eric, who designed the program and my workouts. I liked it a lot, but some of the workouts are high volume for me and kept me in the gym for long periods of time (up to 90 min). It did wonders for helping me to bring out a few lagging body parts. Great guy to work with, too. I love the program. I just have to reduce the volume by a few sets on some workouts.
