I have recently started thinking since i have so much time on my hands would it be bad for a person to pull 2 a days for like 4 days and then take the next 3 of rest and maybe do jsut like like cardio and abs.

For example...... Monday AM do chest and then at night go back to the gym and do say calves for instance. then tuesday AM do back then go back at night and do like forearms. you get the rest......

So my question is do you think that would be overtraining yourself? Doing 2 totally different bodyparts that do not play a role in the AM exercise or the PM exercise.
