I have a friend that doesnt like to lift heavy cause he says that there is no way he will get cut that way.. and i tell him that all he has to do is keep on lifting heavy , do cardio and watch the diet .. tell me if im right ? or should he keep on doing average weight and resting less time to get cut.. and yes he is out of shape. i tell him he needs the muscle first then try to shreed.
