There seem to be some issues with the User CP settings on my account. I do not have the ability to input custom user text, nor do I have the ability to upload an avatar picture. My account also no longer displays the contents of the new posts in my email subscription.

I would greatly appreciate it if at some point you could examine my account and enable these features. Thank you.
 
I'm not sure, but don't you have to be a gold member to be able to add custom user text, and to upload an avatar?
