Sometimes like today about 10 min. after an hour long workout I get this feeling like I have to throw up. Why is this?

Also what makes you shake after your workout? I hold my hand out and it's shaking like im nervous. Why does it do that? Thanks:think:

after a hevey leg or back workout i get the shakes too. for awhile i was doing bi's after legs. it was hard to stand during standing bar curls. my legs would start to shake like thumper. felt like i was on clen

I would sometimes get this feeling of nausea also. Just make sure that you give your body at least 45min to digest your last meal before working out, same goes for supplements. if you are having an extremely intense workout and get some adrenaline flowing, then once the physical activity's stop your adrenal glands release what is basically anti adrenaline(nor epinephrine) which may definitely make you shake and/or feel like absolute crap.
