For years, I've been under the impression that the body can only use 30 grams or so at one time.. So after my workouts, I take in 30 grams.. Am I cheating myself? Can I be taking 50 grams or would I be throwing money out the window?
Also, how much protein do you take in 30 minutes or so before you train?
